Portal
- The Task detail page is now available and shows overall interaction with actions in a bar view. You can see engagement per task and how many times users interacted with each individual action.
- We’ve updated the “With errors” filter on the Analytics Overview page to work as a toggle, making filtering faster and easier.
- We’ve also added a Status filter in most Content Analytics pages, so you can narrow down results more quickly (e.g. filter only Announcements in the draft status).
- App Discovery page now includes Healthcare as a category to better support industry-specific app discovery and reporting.
Editor
We added an improvement to how Validators are stored in the backend when deleted by a customer.
We added a button in the code selector to help content creators fix small issues quickly and easily.
Assistant
We added an improvement so that the Assistant does not close on clicks of the underlying application when a knowledge base article is open and being viewed.
Other
We added performance improvements to our selector algorithm to maintain high quality code and performance.
We added support for inline CSS nonce to our .js snippet for customers who wish to implement it.
Fixes
Portal
- We’ve restricted company moderator permissions, so moderators can no longer delete or edit company users.
- We’ve fixed an issue on the User Activities page by correcting the date display for migrated users.
Editor
We fixed an issue where auto-translation for Tooltips was not functioning as expected.
We fixed an issue where the Editor would crash with clicks on specific areas of the Editor.
Assistant
We fixed an issue where Validators present at the bottom of the users viewport would not render properly and instead bounce above and below the selected input field.
We fixed an issue where Input Actions for Tasks were sending events on every keystroke instead of once per total input.
We fixed an issue where popups in the underlying app were closing when the user clicked on a Userlane element while navigating a Guide.
We fixed an issue where the search in the Assistant was not returning results.
