You need to add the URL of your application to the Dashboard so that Userlane knows where to display the tours via the Browser Extension and where to redirect users clicking on a Userlane link. When you click on the Edit your Userlanes button at the top of your Userlane Dashboard for the first time, you will be asked to add this application URL. If you want to change it again afterward use this Userlane.
Good to know:
If you trigger a userlane via link, users will be redirected to the default URL. If you would like to redirect your users to different URLs, check out this article.
The Userlane Browser Extension works on every specified URL.
If you want to use Userlane for more than one application, please contact your Customer Success Manager.
Be aware that a disabled URL does not mean that Userlane is not visible. If you have already integrated the Userlane Snippet, Userlane will still be visible to your users.
The Edit your userlanes button in your Userlane Dashboard will redirect you to the URL that is set as default under your account.
